The first step after engagement is to work with our client to prepare a compelling Program Submission.  We conduct an in-depth analysis of historic experience, underwriting and exposure details, pricing and rate history. We work with our clients to develop a realistic business plan and pro forma including premium projections, hit ratio assumptions, market conditions and competitors. During this process, we focus on understanding our client needs and priorities, critical to identifying potential carrier partners.
